How do live sessions work?
Sessions are held online via VooV Meeting. Only active members receive the meeting link — sent to your email 1 hour before the session starts.
How often are sessions held?
We hold sessions at least 4 times per month. The schedule is published in the member dashboard.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit cards, Alipay, and WeChat Pay via Stripe.
Do I need to be a doctor to join?
Membership is open to doctors, residents, and medical students across all specialties.
