DAP Masters ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

When you register and use the Platform, we may collect:

• Account information: name, email address, phone number, medical specialty, job role, and English proficiency level.
• Participation data: session RSVPs, roles held, speech history, badges earned, and attendance records.
• Payment information: membership plan details. Payment transactions are processed by third-party providers and we do not store full card details.
• Usage data: login timestamps and basic activity logs for security and service improvement purposes.

• To operate and improve the Platform and your membership experience.
• To display your profile, role assignments, and progress to you and session administrators.
• To send session reminders, meeting links, and Platform announcements (you may opt out of non-essential emails in your profile settings).
• To manage membership plans and billing records.
• To maintain safety and security of the Platform.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share limited data with:

• Other members: your name and assigned session roles are visible to fellow members within the Platform.
• Administrators: session admins can view attendance, role records, and basic profile details to manage the program.
• Service providers: we use Supabase (database and authentication hosting) and Resend (transactional email delivery) to operate the Platform. These providers act as data processors on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality obligations. They do not use your data for their own purposes.

DAP Masters serves members primarily based in China. Our infrastructure provider, Supabase, hosts data on servers located outside of China (including the United States). By registering and using the Platform, you acknowledge and consent to your personal data being transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside your country of residence, including jurisdictions that may have different data protection standards than those in China.

We take reasonable steps to ensure that any such transfers are conducted in compliance with applicable laws, including China's Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL), and that your data receives an adequate level of protection through contractual safeguards with our service providers.

We retain your account data for as long as your membership is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing records).

We implement industry-standard security practices including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You have the right to:

• Access and update your personal information via your Profile settings.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
• Opt out of non-essential communications in your Profile settings.

We use session cookies solely to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. No third-party analytics scripts are loaded.

The Platform is intended for adult healthcare professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or in-Platform notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
